Cucumber Dill Finger Sandwiches
Tea sandwiches don't have to be difficult to make to be delicious. Try this favorite and enjoy! Fresh dill is best, but if you don't have it, dried dill will work fine.

Mini Mushroom Turnovers
I think these are my favorite of the savories served at Tea with friends. So far, the best mini mushroom turnovers have been at The Aubrey Rose Tea Room. This recipe is so close to the ingredients the staff at the Aubrey Rose dared to share. So delicious!

Tarragon Chicken Salad in Papaya Halves
This is sooo good. We first had these at a baby shower tea my former boss & his lovely wife threw for us. What a good time we all had. The food was lite and delicious. And this was one of the items on the menu. My mom has a knack for being able to decode and replicate a recipe. Here's her yummy version--actually, the full recipe will be up the next time we can make it, and I'll do my best to include pics!

Lemon-Poppy Seed Tea Bread
My dad & my hubby love this bread. It's delicious with your favorite tea.

Linore Rose Burkard's Regency Period English Tea Cakes
What a fun recipe from Linora Rose Burkard (author of Regency romances Before the Season Ends, and The House in Grosvenor Square). This includes the early 1800s recipe as well as the modern recipe. Try it, you'll love it!
