Tim Tebow's Special Date

Will you join me in prayer for this gentleman? He's going to get a lot of flack for being a stand-up guy for a commercial that will air during the Super Bowl. I hope you'll watch. And more so, I hope you'll pray.

My heart was so warmed for this man, and his heart. He reaches out to others. It's not about him, but how he can reach out to another person and make a special moment, that was intended to honor him, a moment special for someone else.

Have you heard of this young man?

I am so proud of you for posting this! Thank you!!!
What a stand-up guy. I am not one prone to idol worship, but it heartens me that there are leaders among our youth rising up and championing worthy things. I love it!

I so agree Kathleen! Isn't it just wonderful to see a young man stand up and step forward for the right thing?

What a wonderful post. This guy is great, not many people, esp. in the sports world would have done this. I think it shows what a stand up guy he is. Also shows there are still are few good men left. I am not a sports fan, but this one gets my vote. Great post. Thank God there is still guys like him around. May God Bless him and you for posting it on your blog. Thanks. Blessings

Tina, thank you for sharing this information. I read the entire article by sports columnist, Sally Jenkins of the Washington Post (I even sent her a thank-you email for the unbiased article). It’s refreshing to see a Pro-choice person (Sally Jenkins, as stated in her article) agree that the Pro-life side has the same right to be heard under “freedom of speech” as the Pro-choice people. I don’t watch the Super Bowl, but my husband plans too and I intend to ask him to call me when Tebow’s commercial runs.

I encourage each person who supports what Mr. Tebow is doing g to support him in a tangible way; send a letter to CBS thanking them for airing the commercial. Let’s not be clanging symbols. Let’s put a stamp on an envelope and be doers of the Word not only hearers!
